It's that time of the year where BUCS Rugby sees who's riding high, and who's struggled with the weight of expectation in their respective leagues...

January was dominated by the England Students who handsomely won 32-16 against Portugal a week and a half ago, but now Talking Rugby Union turns it’s a attention to BUCS action again as we enter the business end of the season for university rugby.

England Students sealed a 32-16 victory over Portugal XV with 17 newly capped players on Saturday 24th January, in Lisbon.

England Students will face Portugal on Saturday 24th of January in the University Stadium of Lisbon, kicking off at 6pm.

The Christmas holidays are over for the University students up and down the country which means University Rugby is on the verge of resuming for another year. Along with the BUCS league continuing, Talking Rugby Union takes a look at the recent announcement of the England Students Squad which includes a host of BUCS players.
