Rebels have received a major boost ahead of their upcoming Super Rugby AU encounter against Force with skipper Dane Haylett-Petty returning.

Haylett-Petty has overcome a knee injury that he suffered during the game against Waratahs and will take his position at fullback and as a result Reece Hodge has moved to outside centre following ankle injury to Campbell Magnay.

Hodge will partner with Bill Meakes at centre while Tom Pincus and Marika Koroibete are at right and left wings respectively. Matt Toomua has been handed the fly-half role forming halfback partnership with James Tuttle.

The front and second row remains unchanged from the game against Waratahs while backrow has one change with Brad Wilkin replaced by Richard Hardwick.

Rebels are positioned fourth in the Super Rugby AU table and will need a bonus point win against Force to go past Waratahs and secure a place in the play-off.
