Wales head coach Wayne Pivac has made four additions to the squad for the upcoming summer Test series against Canada and Argentina.

The decision follows after Josh Navidi and Adam Beard left the Wales camp to join the British and Irish Lions squad as replacements for Alun Wyn Jones and Justin Tipuric, who sustained injuries during the game against Japan at Murrayfield Stadium last weekend.

Uncapped Ospreys lock Rhys Davies has been added in the place of Navidi while Cardiff Blues' lock Seb Davies has been named as replacement for Beard.

Scarlets prop Samson Lee takes the place of Tomas Francis, who is sidelined with a back injury with scrum-half Lloyd Williams will provide cover for Rhodri Williams, who is nursing a shoulder injury.

Wales will kick-start their summer series with a clash against Canada on 3rd July followed by back to back games against Argentina on 10th and 17th July.

Wales' Summer Series Fixtures:

3rd July - Wales v Canada
10th July - First Test - Wales v Argentina
17th July - Second Test - Wales v Argentina.
