Scorecard

Saracens scored five tries in a dominating 44-17 win against Leicester at Allianz Park on Saturday to reach the Premiership final.

Wing duo Chris Wyles and Chris Ashton each scored a double as fly-half Owen Farrell was at his usual best, scoring 11 points with the boot as Mark McCall's men cruised towards a comfortable 27-point margin victory in front of the home crowd.

Flanker Will Fraser crossed over the try line on the third minute to put his side early on board. Farrell added the extras as Saracens took total command of the proceedings.

Wyles (19, 39) and Ashton (24) made it four tries before the half-time as Farrell successfully converted all of them and scored a penalty in the 32nd minute.

Leicester drew a blank in the first half as Saracens' win became almost a formality with a 31-point lead.

Tigers wing Telusa Veainu opened the visitors account for the very first minute of the second-half. Fly-half Owen Williams added two more to their tally.

A penalty by Williams on the 44th minute and a converted try by lock Dom Barrow on the 50th minute brought the deficit down to 14 points for the Tigers.

Just when a window of opportunity crawled up to Richard Cockerill's men, Saracens replacement fly-half Charlie Hodgson (61, 69) scored a couple of penalties to make the home team a little more comfortable.

Ashton registered his second and Saracens fifth try for the game in the 71st minute as Hodgson managed to add the extras and slammed the door shut for Tigers.

Leicester failed to make any more addition to the scorecard in the final nine minutes of the game as Saracens bagged a comfortable win. Despite having a 57% possession throughout the match, McCall's men failed to get past Saracens defence.

Saracens will now face the winner of the clash between Exeter Chiefs and Wasps at the Twickenham Stadium on 28th of May.
