Leicester Tigers have confirmed that England prop Joe Heyes has signed a new four-year contract, extending his long association with the club.

The tighthead prop first joined the Tigers Academy at the age of 16 and has since developed into one of the club’s key forwards.
He made his senior breakthrough during the 2018/19 season, making 20 appearances, and has gone on to become a regular figure in the Leicester front row.

The 27-year-old has made more than 150 appearances for Tigers and recently reached another milestone by making his 100th first-team start against Sale Sharks in May.
Heyes has built his reputation on work rate, scrummaging strength and consistency. His new deal gives Leicester important continuity in the front row as the club prepares for the 2026/27 season under head coach Geoff Parling.
