England international Owen Farrell is set to make his first appearance this season for his club Saracens after he was named in the line up for the European Champions Cup game against Toulon on Saturday.
The 25-year-old missed the first six games of the Aviva Premiership for the Sarries after sustaining a back injury in the pre-season. His return will be a major boost for Mark McCall and more so for England head coach Eddie Jones ahead of the autumn internationals.
Farrell will replace Alex Lozowski, who had an impressive outing in the first six matches while Alex Goode, Maro Itoje, George Kruis and Billy Vunipola also bolster the line up which is captained by Brad Barritt.
The Saturday's encounter will be the first game in the European competition for South African legend Schalk Burger while flanker Jackson Wray will make his 150th appearance for the defending champions.
