France international Teddy Thomas has returned to training after making a recovery from a hamstring injury he sustained in February.

Thomas suffered the injury during Racing 92's Top14 clash against Grenoble, following which he was sidelined for three months.

Even though the 22-year-old played the first game of Six Nations against Ireland, he was ruled out of the remainder of the tournament and also missed the European Champions Cup final which his team went on to lose to Saracens.

Racing 92 are currently placed fourth in the Top14 table with 68 points from 23 games and have three more matches remaining in the season and Thomas will be fancying his chances of featuring in it.

Thomas confirmed his return on Twitter.

"Despite the defeat at the weekend, it is with great joy and desire that I rejoin my team-mates in training."

After making his international debut in 2014, Thomas made five appearances for his country while managing to score four tries in it. He has also represented the France sevens, U18 and U20 teams.
