We all started playing rugby because we enjoyed it. Over the last six years my own personal experiences of rugby have been remarkable.

I have played professionally, I have played at representative level and I have always played to win. However, I remind myself that I started playing to enjoy myself; this new section is about enjoying rugby and having fun.

I recently played with one of the founders of www.eggchasers.com and we thought that their podcasts would brighten up our website.
