Scorecard

The Bulls ran five tries against the Cheetahs to conclude the Super Rugby 2016 season with a massive 43-17 win at Toyota Park in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

Winger Travis Ismaiel (25, 65) and number eight Renaldo Bothma (28, 57) both scored a double, while winger Jamba Ulengo (79) scored a late try to secure the inconsequential bonus-point.

Fly-half Tiaan Schoeman had an impressive outing after kicking four successful penalties in addition to converting two tries. His replacement Francois Brummer converted the final Bulls try to finish strong.

In reply, fullback Clayton Blommetjies (52) and replacement Carl Wegner (74) crossed over the try line for the Cheetahs.

Fly-half Fred Zeilinga booted a penalty and managed to a convert the first try for the visitors, while his replacement George Whitehead converted the other Cheetahs' try.

The outcome of this game has no impact on the quarter-final spots as the match was a simple formality after both the teams having no mathematical possibility to reach the playoff rounds.
