Bulls 50-3 Sunwolves, Loftus Versfeld

Bulls ran seven tries against the Sunwolves in Pretoria to register a crushing 50-3 victory during the Super Rugby round 16 clash on Saturday.

Winger Travis Ismaiel (72, 77) scored a double in the concluding stages of the game whereas flanker Pieter Labuschagne (11), centre Dries Swanepoel (20), flanker Jannes Kirsten (26), fly-half Francois Brummer (31) and hooker Adriaan Strauss (42) scored a try each.

Brummer managed to successfully convert four out of five tries in addition to scoring a penalty on the 17th minute. His replacement Tiaan Schoeman managed score on both conversion attempts.

In response the visitors managed to score just three points as fly-half Yu Tamura's 14th minute penalty saved the embarrassment for the visitors from drawing a blank.

The win has awarded Bulls the provisional third spot in the South African Group with Sharks behind them only by a couple of points with a game against the Cheetahs due to be played later in the day.
