France head coach Fabien Galthie has made changes to the 42-man squad ahead of the Six Nations opener against Italy on Sunday.

The decision follows after Yacouba Camara was withdrawn from the squad following a knee injury during Montpellier's weekend game against Toulouse which his side went on to lose 19-23.

Bordeaux-Begles lock Thomas Jolmes has been called as a replacement for Camara in the revised squad announced by Galthie.

Following the game against Italy, France will be facing Ireland at Aviva Stadium in the second round followed by clashes against Scotland, England and Wales.
