France name eight uncapped players in Six Nations squad

France head coach Fabien Galthie has named eight uncapped players in the squad for the upcoming Six Nations tournament.

The list includes Emilien Gailleton, Nolann Le Garrec, Leo Coly, Paul Boudehent, Romain Buros, Julien Delbouis and Ethan Dumortier while Bordeaux Begles' Louis Bielle-Biarrey has been called up for the first time.

While Gregory Alldritt, Cyril Baille, Sekou Macalou, Anthony Jelonch, Julien Marchand and Romain Taofifenua boost the forward options, Antonie Dupont retains the captaincy.

Cameron Woki, Arthur Vincent and locks Killian Geraci and Florian Verhaeghe are the players unavailable due to injuries.

France will begin their Six Nations campaign with a clash against Italy at Stadio Olimpico on 5th February.
