Saracens have confirmed that Wales international and British & Irish Lions scrum-half Tomos Williams will join the club ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Williams will move to North London from Gloucester Rugby, where he has spent the current campaign and served as club captain.
The 30-year-old has been one of the standout performers in the Gallagher PREM and was named the 2024/25 PREM Player of the Season following a series of influential displays for Gloucester.
Williams originally joined the Cherry and Whites from Cardiff, the club where he came through the academy system and went on to make more than 100 senior appearances after debuting at the age of 18.
At international level, Williams represented Wales at Under-18 and Under-20 levels before gaining exposure on the sevens circuit early in his career.
He was first called into the senior Wales squad in 2017, with his Test debut coming the following year. Since then, he has established himself as a regular selection, featuring at the 2019 and 2023 Rugby World Cups and starting every match of the 2025 Guinness Six Nations.
“I’m really excited to be joining Saracens, a club I have always admired," said Williams to the club's official website.
"There are great coaches and players at the club and I’m looking forward to joining them in the summer.”
