The final of the Pro14 in the ongoing season that was originally scheduled in June has now been cancelled.

The decision comes after the organisers of the tournament have indefinitely suspended the league matches following the outbreak of coronavirus.

Cardiff City Stadium was set to host the final of the tournament on 20th June but now the organisers said refund will be provided to the those who had purchased the tickets.

Also, the organisers said resumption of league will only take place if Travel restrictions between our territories are lifted and there is no forced isolation or quarantine orders are in force when visiting our territories.

The board also added that they will resume the tournament until the Public Health Authorities give a green signal and that the priority is now on safeguarding the player welfares.

"We have made this decision with everyone's welfare foremost in our minds," said Pro14 director David Jordan while announcing the suspension of tournament earlier in the month.

"With an evolving situation in the five countries that take part, it is important to make a clear decision in keeping with the advice of the various governments involved."
