Ospreys fly-half Luke Price ruled out for remainder of 2018

Ospreys will be without the services of fly-half Luke Price for the remainder of the 2018 following an injury.

The 22-year-old sustained the blow during the Pro14 season opener against Edinburgh and left the field at the end of the first half with Sam Davies taking over the kicking responsibility.

The news comes as a big blow to Ospreys after they already lost Dan Biggar to Northampton Saints ahead of the 2018/19 season and now Price will be sidelined for most part of the season as well.

Despite, the setback, Ospreys had a victorious start to the season with a 17-14 win over Edinburgh in Swansea and are set to host Toyota Cheetahs at Liberty Stadium next on 8th September.
