London Irish have secured the signing of prop Ciaran Parker and winger Cillian Redmond.

Parker started his career with Sale Sharks in 2015 and also had loan stints with Chester and Yorkshire Carnegie. The 26-year-old made a switch to Munster in 2017 before heading to Championship side Jersey Reds in 2020.

He also spent time with Leinster on a loan deal last deal and now will boost the Exiles' tight-head options.

Meanwhile, Redmond impressed during his trial period with the club and now has penned a new deal.

London Irish director of rugby Declan Kidney welcomed both Parker and Redmond to the club.

“We’re pleased to welcome both of the guys to the squad," he told the club's official website.

“Cillian has impressed during his time with us and will strengthen our options on the wing.

“Ciaran provides us with extra options at tight-head, in the wake of Lovejoy (Chawatama) picking up an injury in pre-season.”

London Irish are positioned 11th in the Gallagher Premiership table with five points and will face Leicester Tigers next on 9th October.
