Leinster have confirmed changes to their Investec Champions Cup squad, with wing Joshua Kenny added to the roster following an injury to Jordan Larmour.
Head coach Leo Cullen has moved to reinforce the backline as the European campaign progresses.
The 22-year-old Kenny, a native of Enniskerry, has impressed since linking up with the Leinster Academy. He has scored six tries from five appearances, including four starts, after previously training with the senior squad during the summer.
His inclusion provides Leinster with additional attacking options out wide as they manage injuries in the back three.
Leinster have also registered former Ireland Under-20 tighthead prop Andrew Sparrow. His inclusion comes amid fitness concerns surrounding senior props Tadhg Furlong and Rabah Slimani.
Meanwhile, second-row Conor O’Tighearnaigh, who featured in last weekend’s URC win over Connacht, has been removed from the Champions Cup squad to accommodate the changes.
Munster have also adjusted their Champions Cup squad, bringing in Sean Edogbo in place of Conor Ryan, who remains on a development contract. Edogbo, a former Ireland Under-20 back-rower, adds athleticism and carrying power to Munster’s options.
In the Challenge Cup, Connacht have registered academy hooker Matthew Victory due to injury to wing Shayne Bolton. Scrum-half Albert Linder has also been added after Matthew Devine sustained a head injury in the recent loss to Leinster.
