Toulon have confirmed the signing of fly-half Ihaia West ahead of the 2022/23 season.
West started his rugby career with provincial side Hawke's Bay in 2012 and went on to make his Super Rugby debut for Auckland Blues in 2014.
The 29-year-old made a switch to Hurricanes in 2018 before switching to Top 14 club La Rochelle in 2019. He will now link up with Toulon next season after signing a three-year contract until 2025.
The news was confirmed by Toulon in a statement released.
"Ihaia West will join Toulon from next season and will wear the red and black jersey until 2025," read the statement.
Toulon currently are positioned 10th in the Top 14 table after managing four wins from 12 matches.
