Gloucester Rugby 31-7 Wasps

Gloucester came up with a clinical display as they stunned Wasps 31-7 in their Premiership Rugby Cup clash on Saturday.

Cameron Terry (8'), Ben Vellacott (19'), Lloyd Evans (22') and Dom Coetzer (24') scored first half tries for the hosts as they went on to claim the bonus point. Evans also added a couple of conversions as they raced to a 24 point lead before the end of the break.

Wasps were also reduced to 14-men for 10 minutes in the first half when Will Porter was sin-binned in the first quarter.

The second half looked sedate with both the teams struggling to score a point until the 76th minute when replacement Joe Mullis touched down Charlie Chapman's conversion made it 31-0 before Wasps had a consolation try in the final minute through Alfie Barbeary.

The win has taken Gloucester to the second position in the Pool 3 table while Wasps are at fourth place.
