Dave Ward commits to Harlequins

Harlequins hooker Dave Ward has penned a new long-term deal with the Aviva Premiership side.

Ward, who can play at hooker and in the back row, has made 115 appearances since joining Quins in 2012.

"We know we haven't performed to where we want to recently, but we have great potential," the 31-year-old said.

"With the talent we have here, alongside this knowledgeable coaching team I know Harlequins is the right place to be."

Ward has also represented England U18, England U21 and England Saxons team in the past.
