Fly-half Bayley Kuenzle will remain with Brumbies for the 2021 season after signing a new deal with the club.

Kuenzle played for Canberra Vikings in 2019 and made his Super Rugby debut for Brumbies earlier this year. He has started in seven out of the nine games for the club in the Super Rugby AU competition helping them secure a place in the final.

"I'm really happy to know I'll be wearing Brumbies colours again next year," he told the official website of the club.

"I feel like I'm really growing down here, as a player and as a person and I'm looking forward to working with the coaches and staff to keep improving.

"The culture down here is something that I'd heard about before I came to Canberra and I'm really excited to continue to be part of it."

Brumbies coach Dan McKellar expressed his delight on retaining the services of Kuenzle.

"We're really happy that Bayley will be sticking around here at the Brumbies next season."

"He's a really hard worker on the field, always looking to improve his game and has performed really well this season when he's had his opportunities.

"BK is a really popular member of the group and the whole organisation is looking forward to seeing him continue to grow on and off the field next year."
