USA international Samu Manoa will make his debut in the Major League Rugby next season after he was signed by Seattle Seawolves.

The 34-year-old started his career with San Francisco Golden Gate and helped them win two titles before was called up by the USA with his international debut coming during November 2010. Overall, he has featured in 22 Tests for USA Eagles and was last seen during November series last year.

“It’s good to be back in the mix and play professional rugby here in the states,” said Manoa.

“Especially joining the reigning MLR Champions, the Seattle Seawolves.”

Manoa's professional rugby debut started with Northampton Saints in 2011 and has featured in 84 Premiership games before moving to Toulon in 2015. Following a three-year stint with the French club, he joined Cardiff Blues ahead of the 2018/19 season.
