We’ve got a very extensive programme on different fitness sessions and weights from Sale so pick through those, but usually it’s my week runs Monday and Tuesday, heavy lower body weights with a 5k run and a conditioning session, then Thursday & Friday the same with the running but lighter weights and slightly different exercises, then Wednesday & Sunday are my days off with boxing or sprints or whatever I’m feeling on Saturday.
Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?
The shopping has been going through the roof with price as I’m trying to cook different things and eat well so I don’t go back to high up the fat chart! My go to meal would be something like fajitas or if I’m treating myself in the nice weather, chucking some nice meats on the bbq - some pork belly and steak!
Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
I wear shorts and crocs all year round so nothing changes there! Nice to try get a tan these days but just any old t-shirt. Need to make sure I’m changing it and not find myself a week later wearing the same outfit!
Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?
Not too many books unless I’m trapped on a bus or plane so I’m into Netflix each night to pass the times. Just worked through Ozark which is good and I’m a sucker for ‘Are YouThe One?’ which is like an American dating show!!
Take out or beverage you are missing?
Love a good rum and coke or beer pong with the Sale boys so missing the after game feeling, but food wise probably just a KFC but again goes hand in hand with a game when I can afford to eat a little worse.
Activity you can't wait to get back to?
It is a lonely place taking the dogs out by yourself and I can only imagine how the dogs are feeling not going to some of the busier spots but other than that, obviously rugby and everything that goes along with that and a good family bbq.
