Home workout routine?
Four weights sessions, one running session, one rowing session, five/six skills sessions, two recovery bike session + stretching everyday, walking Angus (the dog) & whatever Bristol challenge we have that week - juggling, dancing, lip syncing

Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?
BBQ but Homemade pizza in the pizza oven is a very close second. 

Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
Anything comfy so pretty much any old kit I have - and my Looseheadz hoody of course!

Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?
Killing Eve has just started on BBC which is amazing and I love watching the CrossFit documentaries on Netflix / Amazon. 

Take out or beverage you are missing?
Don’t usually have many takeaways as I quite like cooking but the main thing I miss is going out for brunch & coffee. 

Activity you can't wait to get back to?
I cannot wait to go to the beach, have a bbq with some mates and go for a surf
