Lockdown workout routine?
For me, I am very fortunate to have taken over the in-law’s garage. I have said I am buying, but I have borrowed a Watt bike off my brother, no money has exchanged hands and I have set myself up with a squat rack, barbell and plate weights just to keep me busy. Then I am doing two runs, two Watt bikes, two uppers, two lowers a week, just to keep the body ticking over until the new season.

Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?
I’m actually doing all the cooking at the moment. I am quite into my cooking, trying to keep on top of my nutrition. We’ve been trying to pick out five or six  regular meals a week and then we try and add something new in as we go if we find a recipe, so we have been trying to be quite organised and minimalize supermarket runs at the moment and plenty of barbeques when I’ve had the opportunity as well, because the weather has been lovely.

Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
It’s not even for lounging, my general gear is either a training short or a chino short, with a black or a white t-shirt, that’s my go to.

Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?
A sports documentary, I am loving The Last Dance on Netflix at the moment. Call of Duty mobile, I have just found out that is a thing. My console days are over now, firstly because of being married, but also being a father to a five month year old, so the console is long gone. I have got into podcasts at the moment, which I am quite enjoying listening to while I am training and stuff like that.

Take out or beverage you are missing?
I’m not a huge takeout fan, because I am trying to stay as healthy as possible, but I do enjoy a fish and chips by the seaside every now and then.

Activity you can't wait to get back to?
Going to coffee shops again. Chasing a little independent coffee shop down, seeing what it’s like. That’s what I do in most of my spare time, so that’s what I’m looking forward to getting back to..
