Leicester Tigers have boosted their front-row options with the signing of hooker Ross McMillan ahead of the new season.
The 31-year-old made his professional rugby debut with Nottingham in 2005 and has represented Gloucester, Moseley, Coventry, Birmingham & Solihull and Northampton Saints before he moved to Bristol in 2015.
Leicester Tigers head coach Matt O'Connor is confident that McMillan's experience will be handy for the club.
"Ross is a very experienced player and a good operator.
"Mark Bakewell (forwards coach) knows him well from their days at Bristol and we believe he is a good man to bring into the camp."
Meanwhile, Harry Wales has been named Leicester Tigers skipper for the opening game of the pre-season schedule against Cardiff Blues to be played on Saturday.
