Wales winger Louis Rees-Zammit is set to be out of contention for the upcoming third round Six Nations clash against England.

The 21-year-old struggled to make an impact in the opening two fixtures of the tournament and now is likely to be released back to his club Gloucester for the weekend clash against Leicester Tigers.

Josh Adams, who has overcome his calf injury is set to replace Rees-Zammit while Alex Cuthbert is set to retain his place.

Bath number eight Taulupe Faletau, who also was recalled into the squad is set to return to back row alongside Dragons duo Ross Moriarty and Taine Basham.

Wales are positioned fifth in the Six Nations table with a win and a defeat apiece in the two games.
