After seeing off Yorkshire to progress to Twickenham, they have made one change to their starting line-up.

Lancashire v Cornwall

Bill Beaumont Cup Final

Twickenham Stadium

Sunday 31 May 2015

Kick-off 12noon

Influential half-back Steve Collins comes in for Chris Johnson at fly-half and on the bench, Fylde's Oli Brennand gets his first call-up of the campaign.

"Getting to the final has been very fraught, as it's essentially knockout rugby in many ways" Lancashire head coach Mark Nelson said.

"Sunday is a great opportunity for our players to play at Twickenham, in what is a world-class stadium. It's the same opportunity for people to come and support the team. Overall, we want them to enjoy the experience.

"It's the same opposition third time on the bounce. Cornwall feel far better and stronger, and are confident opponents. But we have got to get everything right."

Disappointingly for fans of County Championship rugby, the match is not being televised, even though TRU will be keeping you updated.

"I'm very disappointed with it not being televised, and questions need asked about why," Nelson added.

Sunday's match will be a farewell for Lancashire's Paul Arnold. The veteran of the side that won the title in 2003 will make his 36th appearance when he takes to the field.

"With my appointment to be head coach at Fylde and the inevitability of Anno Domini, I think that it's time to call it a day in terms of playing for the Red Rose County," he said.

"I made my Lancashire debut in 2002 against Kent at the Woodlands alongside Dean Schofield.," he recalls.

"Sunday's game will be my 36th county appearance and perhaps my seventh or eighth final. I've so many good memories and stories from these 13 years."

Lancashire have now equalled Gloucestershire's post-war record of seven consecutive finals while Durham hold the overall record of 10, between 1900 and 1910.
