Kruis cited for tip tackle

Saracens second row George Kruis will face a disciplinary hearing on Tuesday evening after being cited for a dangerous tackle in Friday's 24-23 defeat at Gloucester.

Kruis was sin-binned in the 63rd minute of the Aviva Premiership showdown at Kingsholm for a tip tackle on wing David Halaifonua.

The 24-year-old, who made his England debut in the autumn, faces the Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel in central London.
