Ireland head coach Scott Bemand has made just one change to his starting side for Saturday’s crucial Guinness Women’s Six Nations match away to France, with Dorothy Wall returning to the second row.

The selection follows Ireland’s impressive 57-20 victory over Italy in Galway as they prepare for another major test in Clermont.

Dorothy Wall Returns For Ireland Against France

Wall comes back into the starting team in place of Ruth Campbell after featuring from the bench last weekend.

The Munster and Exeter Chiefs lock is the only change to the XV that started against Italy, with Bemand largely keeping faith in the side that delivered one of Ireland’s strongest displays of the campaign.

There is one further alteration on the bench, where Eilís Cahill returns as the replacement tighthead prop ahead of Sadhbh McGrath.
