Munster have announced that Ireland international Ian Keatley will make an exit from the Pro14 club at the end of the ongoing season.

The 31-year-old played for Leinster and Connacht before joining Munster in 2011 and has racked up 180 appearances for the Thomond Park outfit in which he amassed 1247 points.

However, Keatley's appearances was limited in the ongoing season after Munster obtained the services of Joey Carberry at the start of the 2018/19 campaign while Tyler Bleyendaal, JJ Hanrahan and Bill Johnston are also available as other fly-half options.

Keatley, who has played seven Tests for Ireland between 2009 and 2017 will head to Benetton Treviso ahead of the 2019/20 season.
