Glasgow Warriors have received a major boost ahead of their Pro 12 encounter against Munster at Scotstoun Stadium on Friday with 10 international players returning to the squad.

Nine of the Scotland players, including scrum-half Ali Price, who made his debut for Vern Cotter's men in the game against Georgia will join the squad along with Tonga prop Sila Puafisi, who was part of his team's remarkable victory against Italy.

Also, Fiji scrum-half Nemia Kenatale is likely to make his debut off the bench for the Glasgow Warriors in the Friday's encounter.

The news will be a welcoming one for head coach Gregor Townsend after Glasgow Warriors' defeat against Ospreys last weekend.

"It was great to see all the Warriors playing Test rugby over the past few weeks and we welcome a number of them back this weekend.

"The players have responded to last week's defeat in a way we have come to expect from them - with positivity, effort and determination. They were disappointed but have put in the hard work to make the necessary improvements.

"Munster are well organised in defence, physical in contact and show innovation in attack. We're going to have to be alert and at our best to come out on top."

Lock Brian Alainu'uese will miss the Friday's game after he was suspended following his red card offence in the game against Ospreys.
