The French Rugby Federation has confirmed that lock Bernard le Roux will miss the upcoming fourth round of the Six Nations tournament against England to be played at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday.

Le Roux made his France debut in 2013 and has gone on to play 46 Tests featuring in both of France's wins in the ongoing tournament against Italy and Ireland.

He has been replaced in the 31-man squad by Toulon lock Swan Rebbadj as France look to maintain their winning streak in the tournament after their previous round clash against Scotland was postponed due to a Covid-19 outbreak.

Rebbadj made his debut for France during the Autumn Nations Cup last year against Italy but has not played a game since then.

France are currently at second place in the Six Nations table with two wins from as many games and are five points behind the top positioned Wales, who have played a game more.
