England have included Ed Robinson and Alex Codling in the coaching panel for the upcoming summer Test clashes against the USA and Canada.

The decision follows after attack coach Simon Amor and skills coach stepped down from their roles following England's dismal performance in the Six Nations where they finished fifth.

Robinson has been working as an assistant with Championship side Jersey Reds and already has the experience of working under Eddie Jones as skills coach during the recent Six Nations. He will now take the role of attack coach for the upcoming July series.

Meanwhile, Codling, who won his solitary Test cap with England in 2002 has already worked with England U20s, Harlequins and Ealing and will focus on the line out. The duo will join John Mitchell and Matt Proudfoot as they look to build towards the 2023 World Cup.

"We're very pleased to have Alex and Ed join us this summer. They will provide hands-on skills coaching in attack and line-out fundamentals to a young and developing squad," Jones said.

England's summer fixtures will kick-start with their 'A' side taking on their Scotland counterpart on 27th June followed by clashes against USA and Canada on 4th and 10th July respectively.

Fixtures:

27th June - England A v Scotland A, Mattioli Woods Welford Road
4th July - England v USA, Twickenham Stadium
10th July - England v Canada, Twickenham Stadium
