Ciaran Frawley to start at fullback for Ireland for game against Wales

Ireland head coach Andy Farrell has named Ciaran Frawley at fullback for the upcoming third round of the Six Nations game against Wales to be played on Saturday.

Frawley will make his first start as he replaces the injured Hugo Keenan, who sustained a knee injury during the game against Italy.

Bundee Aki makes a return to the midfield joining Robbie Henshaw with Jamison Gibson-Park replacing Craig Casey at scrum-half. The back row sees Caelan Doris changing position to number eight with Josh van der Flier joining Peter O'Mahony as the flankers.

There also has been a recall for Tadhg Beirne, who comes to the second row joining Joe McCarthy with Tadhg Furlong returning to the front row at the expense of Finlay Bealham.

Ireland are positioned at the top of the Six Nations table following wins over France and Italy in the opening two rounds.
