Bulls scored 17 points in the second half as they came from behind to seal a 20-14 victory against Cheetahs in their Super Rugby encounter at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.

It just took five minutes for Cheetahs to get their first points after Pierre Schoeman crossed over. Fly-half Niel Marais missed the conversion but added a penalty to make it 0-8 for the visitors.

Tiaan Schoeman got Bulls off the mark with a 25th minute penalty but it was negated by Marais when he added his second penalty seven minutes later. Cheetahs maintained their eight point lead heading into half time.
