Barbarians Squad For Wales Clash Confirmed

The invitational side have added several major names to their squad as preparations continue for the high-profile fixture. South Africa’s Faf de Klerk and Vincent Koch, both double Rugby World Cup winners, were earlier confirmed alongside Australia forward Lukhan Salakaia-Loto.

Fellow South African Jeremy Ward has also joined the Barbarians set-up, adding further depth to a squad built around international experience and attacking quality.

France Internationals Boost Barbarians Line-Up

A strong French contingent has been included, led by experienced lock Romain Taofifenua, who brings 49 Test caps to the squad. He is joined by Jordan Joseph, Tom Spring and Yoan Tanga as the Barbarians look to strengthen their forward options and backline balance.

The squad has been assembled under Scott Robertson, with the Barbarians aiming to deliver their trademark open, entertaining brand of rugby against Wales.

Former England number eight Nathan Hughes is set to return to Twickenham, where he will be joined by Bristol Bears hooker Harry Thacker. Georgia’s Gia Kharaishvili, USA international Jack Iscaro and Samoa prop Paul Alo-Emile have also been named, adding more international power to the squad.
