Barbarians Women complete squad to face Wales

Barbarians Women have completed their 23-player squad for the fixture against Wales at Allianz Stadium on Saturday, June 27, with the final nine additions bringing major international experience to the invitational side.

Barbarians Women Squad Finalised

The latest squad update adds players from Canada, England, Scotland and New Zealand as the Barbarians prepare to assemble in London next Monday. The group will begin preparations for the Wales fixture, which forms part of a high-profile Barbarians double-header.

Canadian hooker Emily Tuttosi has been added to the forwards, alongside English pair Rownita Marston-Mulhearn and Amelia Buckland-Hurry. Scotland’s Sarah Bonar and New Zealand prop Amy Rule also join the pack, strengthening a squad built around experience and physicality.

Wales Rugby Clash At Allianz Stadium

The Barbarians backline has also received major reinforcements. New Zealand fly-half Liv McGoverne has been named in the squad, along with Canada’s Alex Tessier, a World Cup finalist and former World Rugby Player of the Year nominee.

English duo Rachel Lund and Celia Quansah complete the latest group of backs added to the squad. The Barbarians Women side will face Wales on June 27 at Allianz Stadium, with the men’s team also taking on Wales earlier the same day.

Barbarians Women International Experience

The squad will be coached by Susie Appleby and Sarah Hunter and features players from nine nationalities with more than 700 international caps combined.
