1. How do you think the Harlequins have done this year?
After a slow start to the season, we are very pleased with the way it has gone, to win the Amlin cup last week was an incredible way to finish off a very competitive season.
2. You were at the Leicester Tigers until 2006, how was your experience at the Tigers?
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Leicester, I learnt a huge amount about the game, and made some lifelong friends.
3. What has been your career highlight so far?
Captaining the Quins side to its highest ever professional league finish, and having a successful Heineken cup campaign with two very memorable wins over Stade Francais.
4. Who is your rugby hero and why?
Jonah Lomu, still today one of the most recognisable names in the game, he changed peoples perspective of rugby and set the standard for everyone to aspire to.
5. If any player could join the harlequins who would it be?
Sonny Bill Williams, I would just love to see him rip up the premiership, and I would try my best to get on the end of one of his offloads to score!
6. What tips would you give to youngsters?
Train hard, be professional, and have other interests and friends outside the game, it can get fairly boring if all you ever do or think about is rugby!!
7. What's the greatest match you have played in?
It's two, but the home and away leg against stade Francais in the Heineken cup three years ago.
8. Who is the toughest player you have played against?
Only ever played with him, but Josh Cronfeld was unbelievably tough, a true great.
9. How did you start playing rugby?
By following my two older brothers to my local rugby club, Olney.
10. What is the best stadium you have played in?
Stade du France, infront of 75,000 fans.
11. How did Dean Richards help to make you the player you are today?
He has been instrumental in my development, he originally signed me up in Leicester after I left school at 18, and then four years later signed me when he was Director of Rugby at quins.
12. Has there been any coaches or players who have inspired you in any way at Harlequins?
Andre Vos was at quins for just my first year, a great keader and inspirational character, a great player and person, one of the most respected players ever.
