My wife has roped me into doing something called a HIIT Workout run by some fella on YouTube who tells us what to do so we have been doing that in the garden!

I am going pretty large on the breakfasts! That is the priority at the moment!
Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
I am not wearing club kit ! It's just casual at the moment!
Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?
All of the above really! When we are not negotiating with our three year old what we should do, watch and play, we have got a couple of series on the go. The Stranger has got us at the moment.
Take out or beverage you are missing?
I am missing being able to go to the pub for a pint!
Activity you can't wait to get back to?
Probably the interaction with the lads. Having that changing room 'banter', but you do realise you miss that interaction with everyone when you are isolated yourself. It is the people you see pretty much all the time so it would be nice to get back to experience that one last time before I go to the dark side of coaching!
