My home workout consists of 30 min spin on the bike as cardio. Then have some kettle bells to use for legs and upper body. 40 kg dumbbell to use for chest press and back pull. Some smaller dumbbells for other exercises. Obviously I change things up every day to keep it interesting. It’s tough but good to just get something done.
Go-to home cooking/homemade meal?
I enjoy making a slow cooked leg of lamb with some potato purée with veggies. And for lunches a good pasta or nice mushroom Risotto goes down well.
Lounging gear, slouch-wear?
Just a hoodie, my Liverpool shirt with Virgil on the back and some shorts or tracksuit pants. Enjoy wearing some good slippers too.
Chill tunes, books, games, netflix?
Just finished Formula 1’s Drive to Survive on Netflix which was unreal. Watching the 2nd season at the moment of the Sinner which is a bit dark but really interesting. Enjoy my murder mystery programs on Netflix too. Watched the Stranger which was class. Even through it right back and watch Midsomer Murders(Good old english murder mysteries).
On PlayStation playing F1 2019. Great game and very realistic. Might even order the full works like the Steering wheel set, breaks and accelerator. In terms of a book just ordered Eddie Jones autobiography and also Sam Warburton’s. Mum has told me to do some reading so have to do some. Haha!
Take out or beverage you are missing?
Can’t go wrong with a Nandos. Still a few delivery options out there though.
Activity you can't wait to get back to?
To be honest can’t wait to just be with the lads again training and getting back into a good routine again. Hopefully this all gets better and we get back playing and training again soon
