With news emerging that another one of his former clubs - London Irish - have been threatened with suspension from the Premiership, Lamb has called for more transparency and leadership from the people who are in the "top jobs".

The former Premiership and Championship player has experienced both sides of the coin, but he can understand why top-flight clubs are looking to protect themselves after a turbulent 12 months.
