Santiago Carreras named at fly-half for Argentina

Argentina head coach Mario Ledesma has named Santiago Carreras at fly-half for the Rugby Championship rematch against New Zealand to be played in Brisbane on Saturday.

Santiago Cordero shifts from left wing to right with Emiliano Boffelli donning the number 11 jersey. Lucio Cinti and Santiago Chocobares form a new midfield partnership while Juan Cruz Mallia is retained at fullback.

As Carreras replaces Nicolas Sanchez at fly-half, he will form halfback partnership with Gonzalo Bertranou.

While there is no change in the front row, Tomas Lavanini joins Matias Alemanno at second row. Pablo Matera makes a shift from blindside to number eight while Marcos Kremer and Juan Martín González are the preferred flankers.
