Sale Sharks director of rugby Steve Diamond has made a solitary change to the starting line-up for the seventh round of the Gallagher Premiership clash against Bath Rugby are Recreation Ground on Saturday.

Fullback Simon Hammersley misses out due to injury allowing Chris Ashton to move from right wing to fullback. Denny Solomona gains a promotion from the bench to take vacant position at right wing.

Jean-Luc du Preez takes his place on the bench after serving three-week ban.

Sale Sharks are currently at the fourth place with three wins and defeats apiece from six matches.
