Rugby Rumours: Watson out of Bath, Toulousian Teddy, Freddie's return and Bordeaux 8

Watson out of Bath:

England international Anthony Watson is reportedly on his way out of Bath at the end of the 20/21 Premiership season after 7 years.

The utlilty back had be linked with a move to the Top 14, but Quins are currently frontrunners, looking to fill the boots of the rumoured departee Mike Brown.

Toulousian Teddy:

Teddy Thomas is constantly lighting up the Top 14 with his performances on the wing for Racing 92, but his jersey colours looks like they could be about to change.

Stade Toulousain are circling the x-factor French international after his contract with Racing hasn't been renewed, which will expire next June.

Freddie's return:

Freddie Burns is currently in Japan with the Toyota Industries Shokki Shuttles after leaving Bath in 2020 for a new chapter in the Japanese Top league.

COVID has halted Japanese top league rugby for now, but Freddie could be picking up the ball with his old club Leicester Tigers in the not to distant future.

Bordeaux 8:

Top 14 side Bordeaux Begles are on the hunt for an experienced number 8 to add to thier squad, with a variety of a-list players already on their radar.

Seasoned internationals CJ Stander and Louis Picamoles are amoung some of the names Bordeaux are looking to attract to the South-West of France.
