The Round 10 game between Moana Pasifika and Western Force has been rescheduled to be played in the 15th week of the competition at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland on 24th May.

The game was originally scheduled to be played three weeks ago in the inaugural Super Round in Melbourne but was called off after a number of Force players were tested positive for Covid-19.

“Rescheduling matches due to COVID has been disruptive for several teams this season and everyone recognises the challenges that has created for players, coaches, management and fans," said Sanzar Chief Executive Brendan Morris.

“On behalf of the Super Rugby Pacific Competitions’ Committee, I would like to acknowledge the affected teams for their understanding and in particular Moana Pasifika, who have been more affected than any other club with four rescheduled matches during their inaugural season in the competition.”

A statement from SANZAAR also revealed "Super Rugby Pacific can also confirm that the Round 15 match between Fijian Drua and the Chiefs, originally set to be played on The Gold Coast, Australia on Friday 27 May, will now be played at Churchill Park, Lautoka, Fiji on Saturday, May 28. "

Force are at 10th position in the Super Rugby Pacific table with two wins from 10 matches while Moana Pasifika are languishing at the bottom after managing a solitary win from 10 matches.
