England's Red Roses head coach John Mitchell has announced a 38-player squad for the first training camp of 2025.

The squad will convene from 13th January, for a three-day session as England begins preparations for a busy year, including the Guinness Women’s Six Nations and the home Rugby World Cup later in the year.

The training camp marks the beginning of an important campaign for the Red Roses, with the Six Nations providing a crucial platform to build momentum ahead of the Rugby World Cup, hosted on home soil.

With new and experienced players included, the squad reflects Mitchell’s ambition to create a strong and competitive team capable of delivering success in both major tournaments.

Mitchell’s selection highlights a mix of seasoned internationals and emerging talents, ensuring a balance between experience and the next generation of stars. This combination will be vital as England aims to maintain its status as one of the top teams in women’s rugby while nurturing future prospects.
