Scorecard

Racing 92 came up with a scintillating performance in the first half as they went on to beat Leicester Tigers 11-34 in their European Champions Cup face-off at Welford Road on Saturday.

This is Racing 92's fourth win from as many games as they are at the top of Pool 4 while Leicester Tigers' chances of reaching the knock-out stage has been dealt a major blow.

Leicester have lost eight successive games in all competitions for the first time since 1975 and it was their defence that let them down. George Ford kicked a sixth minute penalty goal in the sixth minute but the French side slotted three tries in the next 15 minutes with Teddy Iribaren (8'), Juan Imhoff (13') and Virimi Vakatawa (21') all dotting down.

Finn Russell also had a good opening with three conversions and a penalty as the first quarter ended with a 6-24 lead for Racing 92 before George Worth reduced the gap to 13 points with a 33rd minute try.

Russell kick started the second half proceedings with another penalty goal and any chance of a Tigers' comeback was put off by a sin-bin to Dan Cole in the 60th minute before Imhoff scored the vital try at the end to help Racing 92 complete the bonus point victory.
