Leicester Tigers winger Ollie Hassell-Collins has committed his future to the club, signing a new contract that solidifies his place at Welford Road.

The 25-year-old joined Tigers in the summer of 2023 and has made an impressive impact, scoring 16 tries in 31 appearances.

Before his move to Leicester, Hassell-Collins played over 100 games for London Irish and earned his first senior England cap in February 2023.

Expressing his excitement about the extension, Hassell-Collins highlighted his enjoyment of life in Leicester and his pride in representing the Tigers.

“It’s great to have this sorted and to know I’ll be playing my rugby here. Playing for a club like this is a privilege and I’m enjoying life in Leicester.

"We have a great squad, brilliant coaches, and amazing support, so there’s nowhere I’d rather be right now.”

Leicester Tigers head coach Michael Cheika praised the winger’s current form and his potential for further growth.

“Ollie’s form so far this season shows exactly why we really wanted him to continue his rugby journey at Leicester.

"He still has plenty of upside also, and together we can definitely realise that. He is a great character in our squad, and it’s great that he will be in the green and red going forward.”
