Leinster 25 - 14 Munster

Isa Nacewa scored a couple of tries to set up Leinster's 25-14 win over Munster at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin during the 2016-17 Pro12 clash on Saturday.

Apart from left-wing Nacewa (35, 55), replacement scrum-half Jamison Gibson-Park (68) scored a try for the hosts.

Fly-half Johnny Sexton failed to convert the Nacewa's first try, however, managed to add the extras on the second opportunity. Sexton also successfully slotted a couple of penalties on the 6th and 10th minute.

Post Sexton's departure, Nacewa made the final conversion thereby taking his tally for the match to 12 points.

In response, blindside-flanker Peter O'Mahony (26) and outside-centre Jaco Taute (74) scored tries for the visitors.

Fly-half Tyler Bleyendaal successfully managed to convert both tries.

The win has now helped Leo Cullen's side to climb up two places to the second position in the points table while Rassie Erasmus' Munster have slipped from third to fifth.

Leinster will now host Connacht while the Munster will travel to the Kingspan Stadium to face tournament leaders Ulster next weekend.
